St Joseph's College

St Joseph's College is located near Ipswich Town Centre and is a co-educational independent school surrounded by a 60-acre campus, which includes administrative offices in the Georgian Birkfield House, a nursery and Prep School, the College Chapel, and teaching and sports facilities. The school has 2 boarding houses with dormitories of various sizes, numerous sports pitches including an all-weather surface, classrooms, 6th Form Centre and period buildings. The main House has 1920's style fretwork around the back veranda. The location is available during school holidays and some weekends. The Prep School building won the won the RIBA East Spirit of Ingenuity Community Architecture Award in 2008.
