Spout Farm

Spout Farm is a very distinctive and characterful property, with timber framing and plastered walls. It has many original features, including beamed ceilings and walls, open fireplaces, brick and hardwood flooring, latched doors and leaded windows. Approached by a long gravelled driveway and set in private, picturesque grounds with many mature trees and a lake, the house is believed to date from the 16th and 17th century. It also has several outbuildings, including unused stables.
